I hope you are doing well. Despite the rain, the weather is getting warmer, so at the very least, no heavy winter coats and boots. Plus, outdoor dancing coming soon, so I can’t wait!

Last time, I introduced you to the Flying Connection Method, the four stages that map out your real growth here: Learn. Practice. Connect. Share.

Today, I want to talk, and invite you to experience the two stages most people never actually reach, "Practice" and "Connect".

Not because they quit. But because nobody ever gave them a bridge to get there.

That bridge is the Next Step Social, and we continue sharing those experiences across all five (four) of our locations starting this month.

Here's the honest truth about dance class:

Class gives you the structure. The counts, the patterns, the footwork. But if class is the only place you ever dance, the steps stay in your head instead of in your body.

Connection happens on the floor. With real people. To real music. In a room where nobody's grading you.

That's what Next Step Socials are built for.

Each one runs four hours and follows a simple flow:

• First 90 minutes | two beginner-friendly lessons (Salsa & Bachata foundations)

• Final 2.5 hours | open social practice floor

No flashing lights. No nightclub pressure. Music at a volume where you can actually talk between songs. Track pants and sneakers are completely fine. Makeup optional. Showing up is the only requirement.

If you're currently in a class block — this is your perk.

Every registered student gets into any Next Step Social completely free. Consider it your weekly practice party, built right into your membership.

You can also bring one first-time guest for free. If you've been telling a friend they should try this, this is the easiest possible way to show them — not tell them — what this community is about.

If it's been a while since we've seen you, this one's for you.

If you were a student with us anytime from 2022 to now, I want to personally invite you back.

We've grown in a direction. New locations. New formats. Same community energy, just more of it. And because the Next Step Social program is brand new, we're offering all past students (2022+) one free drop-in to any social of your choice, no strings attached.

Come see what's changed. Come reconnect with people you used to dance with. Come just to move again, that counts too.
